NutriCraze.in ships products across India through trusted courier partners. All orders are processed within the mentioned timelines unless affected by holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner. Estimated delivery times:

  • Within Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days
  • South India: 3–5 business days
  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days

Please note: These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other external factors.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout based on your location and order weight.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email with the tracking number (if provided by the courier partner). You can track the shipment online using this tracking ID.

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually make 2 delivery attempts. If the order is not received or the address is incorrect, the shipment may return to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Delayed or Failed Delivery

NutriCraze.in is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or remote location routing issues. However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery problems.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please record a video, take photos, and contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery. If a package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier partner and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

9. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your address, phone number, and pincode are correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
